Poornima leads the NextGen Girls in Technology programme, an initiative that equips girls and young women with practical skills in digital technologies, including programming, the Internet of Things (IoT), digital creativity, and emerging technologies. The programme has reached thousands of students and hundreds of teachers, building confidence and creating new opportunities for girls to pursue education and careers in STEM.
