Hands-on learning resources for cyber security, ethical hacking, network security and defensive security. These practical guides introduce commonly used security tools, techniques and controlled laboratory exercises.

Local Lab Use Only: Perform all practical exercises, scanning, exploitation and security testing within your own local, isolated cyber security laboratory using virtual machines, test systems and networks specifically configured for learning. Do not perform these exercises against systems, websites, servers, networks or devices on the open Internet.
